Updated USCIS Filing Fees

The new USCIS filing fees went into effect on April 1, 2024. Besides, applicants must use the new April 1, 2024 editions of certain forms.

As for the fee chart below, small employers are defined as employers having 25 or fewer full-time equivalent employees. Filing fees for online filing get $50 filing fee discount. The biometrics fees will be included in most filing fees; if biometrics have to be billed separately they will be charged at $30.  

H-1B Registration Fee

·       The H-1B registration fee increases from $10 to $215.

·       The new registration fee will not take effect until March 2025.  

EB-5 Application Fees – Huge Increases

·       Form I-526 and Form I-526E increase from $3,675 to $11,160.

·       Form I-829 increases from $3,750 to $9,525.
